Cancellation policy

For any cancellation made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. A valid card on file is required when booking an appointment. If the card is invalid or has insufficient funds, you will be banned from future bookings.

Late policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and I am unable to service you, you’ll be asked to reschedule and your card may be charged. No call no shows will result in 100% of service charge. I do understand life happens and I will do my best to work with you!

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective and after examination in suite. You may be able to exchange the product or have account credit for the equal amount.

Sale items are final sale.

Children policy

Children are not permitted in the treatment room due to sharp or breakable items unless previously arranged. I ask you please leave young children at home or in the waiting area.
